1. Agreement

DCCards is an unofficial, fan-made app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Matt Dinniman, the Dungeon Crawler Carl series, its publishers, or the makers of any Dungeon Crawler Carl trading cards (though we would love to be!). All character names, titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for fan, identification and collecting purposes only.

3. We are a platform, not a party to your deals

DCCards only connects collectors, buyers, sellers, traders and enthusiasts. We do not buy, sell, hold, ship, inspect, grade, authenticate or guarantee any card or item, and we are not a party to any trade, sale or purchase between users or with any third party (including eBay or retail stores). Any deal you make is solely between you and the other party. You are responsible for your own trades, sales and purchases, including payment, shipping, condition, authenticity, taxes and disputes. We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, non-delivery or dispute arising from them.

4. Prices and stock information

Card values come from third-party sources such as eBay listings and catalog estimates, and store stock reports are submitted by other users. This information may be wrong, out of date or incomplete. It is provided for general information only and is not financial, investment or purchasing advice. Always confirm prices and availability yourself.

5. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, misleading or spammy, do not impersonate others, and do not misuse trades or stock reports. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, posts and other content you submit. You give DCCards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share that content within the App so the community features work. Only submit content you have the right to share.

7. Crawler Subscription and purchases

Some features (Rewards, Stats and Stock) require a Crawler Subscription or the one-time Celestial (lifetime) unlock. Monthly plans include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; after the trial, the plan's monthly price is charged to your Apple ID and the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period to avoid being charged for the next one. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase with no trial. Rewards, badges and loot boxes are virtual, have no cash value, and can only be claimed after they are actually earned.

8. Privacy

We store the account, profile, collection and community data needed to run the App using Google Firebase. We do not sell your personal information. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.

9. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCCards and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of money, cards, items, data or profits, arising from your use of the App or any interaction, trade, sale or purchase with other users or third parties. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms. If the changes are significant we will ask you to accept the new Terms. We may suspend or end access to the App at any time. You may stop using it and delete your account at any time.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and DCCards, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
