Common questions
How do I add a card?
Tap the + under a card in your Vault and pick the version you pulled (Classic, Emerald, Gold Foil, Rainbow Foil or Sketch & Signed). To remove a copy, open the card and tap − next to that version.
What does the Crawler Subscription include?
Vault, Social and Leaders are free. Bronze adds Rewards, Silver adds Stats, Gold adds Stock, and Celestial is a one-time unlock for everything. Monthly plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → DCCards. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought a plan but it's still locked.
In DCCards, go to Settings → Crawler Subscription → View Plans & Free Trial → Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
DCCards Settings → Push Notifications. If iOS has them off, the button takes you to iOS Settings.
How do I delete my account?
DCCards Settings → Account Management & Data Privacy → Delete Account Permanently. This removes your account, profile, posts and messages from our servers.
Are prices and stock reports guaranteed?
No. Prices come from recent eBay listings and catalog estimates, and stock reports come from other collectors. Always double-check before buying or driving to a store.
Is DCCards part of trades or sales?
No. DCCards only connects collectors; any trade or sale is between you and the other person. See the Terms of Service.
